A bot that takes inbound queries from messaging channels (Telegram / WhatsApp) and triages them: it decides what genuinely needs a human and what can be answered from a template, then either forwards the relevant information along or drafts a templated response for a human operator to review and send. The judgment that makes it useful: it does the expensive cognitive work — filtering and drafting — but does not auto-send, keeping the human in control of the final message.
